Cleaning & Organization

To name a few cleaning and organizational services we provide:

  • Cleaning:

    • Routine: $35/hr, a 1 Bedroom - 1 Bath (~750sqft) will take approx. 2.5 hours (the first time is a deep cleaning $45/hr)

      * Dust all accessible surfaces
      * Empty sink and load up dishwasher with dirty dishes
 
      * Wipe down exterior of appliances

      * Wash and sanitize shower/tub, toilet and sink
      * Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures 
      * Vacuum and mop all floor surfaces 
      * Take out garbage
      * Additional cost for inside cabinets, fridge, oven and windows, and wash and fold.

    • Deep-cleaning, $45/hr, 1 Bedroom - 1 Bath (~750sqft) will take approx. 3 hours

      Intense cleaning session focused on details includes regular cleaning plus

      * Spot-clean walls

      * Wipe down furniture

      * Wash and clean baseboards

      * Clean interior microwave

    • Move-in and move-out cleaning, $45/hr

  • Turn over service (ie. Airbnbs, VRBOs, etc) - please inquire

  • Closet and garage organization - please inquire

  • Assembling furniture (ie. IKEA, Target) $30/hr

  • And special projects
